Novem was built out of a problem that became impossible to ignore.
During COVID, we saw how much high-quality food was going to waste. Farmers were left with surplus product and no efficient way to preserve or scale it. We saw an opportunity to change that.
By leveraging freeze drying and building a fully integrated system around it, we created a way to transform perishable inputs into stable, high-quality products without compromising nutritional integrity.
